Contemplation

from $13.00

Archival Art Printed and matted by Ashley Taylor-Wrightson.

Contemplation is where my art and breathwork practice gently overlap. As both an artist and a breathwork teacher, I often return to an inner landscape during meditation — a quiet place where I feel grounded and present.

This painting is a reflection of that inner world. The rooted trees, the soft flow of the stream — they invite you to pause and consider your own version of stillness. Maybe it’s the feeling of rough bark against your back, the sound of water moving by, or simply a sense of being deeply understood.

Whatever “calm” looks like for you, Contemplation offers a visual doorway into that space.

Created with a rich fusion of paint, melted crayon wax, modeling clay, and canvas, Contemplation blends texture and color in unexpected ways — inviting both visual curiosity and tactile depth.
