Every piece from Inspired Statements is created with care, creativity, and a little bit of magic. Many of my pieces are one of a kind, and I want you to love and enjoy your treasures for years to come.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

That said, your happiness with your purchase matters to me. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out so we can figure out how to make it right.

Repairs — Because Life Happens!

Jewelry is meant to be worn, loved, and lived in. And sometimes, life happens!

I’m happy to offer complimentary repair labor on my handmade jewelry, even when damage is accidental, for as long as I’m able to repair the piece.

Whether a wire comes loose, a clasp breaks, or something gets accidentally bent or damaged, I’ll do my best to bring your treasure back to life.

Here’s how it works:

• Contact me before sending or bringing in your piece so I can assess the damage and arrange a repair.

• You’re responsible for getting the piece to me and back to you, whether through shipping or an arranged in-person drop-off and pickup.

• Repair labor is complimentary. If a repair requires significant replacement materials or components, I’ll discuss any costs with you before proceeding.

• I’ll always do my best to preserve the original design and character of your piece.

The one exception: If a piece is damaged beyond repair, I may not be able to restore it. While I’ll always try to find a solution, I cannot guarantee that every piece can be saved or recreated, particularly when it contains one-of-a-kind stones or materials.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible with a description and, if possible, photographs. I’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

I believe handmade art should be cherished, not treated as disposable. If something happens to a piece I’ve created, I want you to feel comfortable reaching out.
